Are you an experienced dancer looking for an opportunity to build your portfolio?
We are a dance company based in South Florida. We are looking for dance masters and ballet dancers for dance performances in Miami-Dade area. There is no travel required.
This is a unique opportunity. It’s freelance work without the need to give up your day job or school. We need both male and female dancers. If you already have a partner working with you, then bring him/her with you.
Bonus: You will receive a professional quality video of your performance if you are selected. This will help you build your portfolio and get exposure to dance companies around the world.
Requirements:
Experienced dance masters or ballet dancers
Minimum age: 18
5+ Years experience in ballet as a student or dance instructor
Commitment to dance art form
Disciplined and dedicated to performing ballet
Knowledge of ballet moves and terms
Willingness to dance outdoors on location, not just indoors
Willingness to learn
Send your resume, photos and video links to any recorded performances if you have them. If you do not have videos, then it’s OK too. Just be aware that you will be required to do an audition to qualify.
Note: You should be able to devote 10 hours a week or more for this project. Training and rehearsal schedule will be flexible, either in the evenings or weekends or later afternoons. Please reply at your earliest convenience to further discuss this project.
