SEMINAR: “Do-It-Yourself: Using Video to Gain Exposure and Build Community,” with video marketing expert Jessica Kizorek.

Video cameras are cheaper and more integrated in daily life than ever before. Just as digital photos have proliferated the way we communicate, video will reach a huge saturation rate in 2010.

Learn how to use the technology at your finger tips to create video communications that impact and build relationship with your target market. Watch the coolest gadgets in action and see successful case studies that increased sales by employing online video.

Video increases response rates when you learn how to use it to your advantage. YouTube has exploded as an online portal, but other social media platforms – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Ning — make it easier than ever to send and receive videos through the Internet.

The seminar is free for both members and nonmembers; RSVP to enjoy a free drink and appetizers.

About Jessica Kizorek:

Jessica Kizorek is a keynote speaker, Internet video expert and the respected author of three books on the subject of video marketing and the Internet. Jessica Kizorek has made it her mission to keep marketers in the loop with her keynote speeches and seminars on the latest in online video, online branding, consumer marketing trends, plus how social media marketing can be a valuable channel within integrated marketing campaigns.

Jessica Kizorek has been invited to deliver keynote speeches about online video, video marketing and Internet fundraising for many corporate meetings, trade associations, national conferences and non-profit groups.

PressitOn Art Gallery is deeply committed to humanitarian causes that seek to ease the plight of the disenfranchised and vulnerable. As such, we donate a portion of the proceeds raised during each exhibition to a charitable organization. New Meetup: Artist’s Statement Workshop

If you have not tried meetup.com, it is a pretty cool website that is a combination of online and offline (that’s real life) networking. Onajide has created a group for artist entrepreneurs who are interested in increasing their ability to make a living off their art. They have pretty regular seminars and other informative get togethers. Check the one out below and join their group!

Announcing a new Meetup for South Florida Artist Entrepreneurs Meetup Group!
What: Artist’s Statement Workshop
When: August 7, 2009 7:00 PM
Where: Panera Bread
1762 North Federal Highway
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305
Recently involved in a couple of discussions we thought this was the right time for an Artist’s Statement Writing Workshop. This will be one evening not to miss. Please be on time, the venue closes promptly at 9 am.
5 Reasons why you should be there:
“I have idea how to get started.”
“How personal should it be?”
“I’ve started, like, ten times and it’s still a mess.”
“How long should it be?”
“Gawd, I’m not a writer… like, I’m an artist. Hello!”
Don’t waste more time writing in frustration. Be there!
